1.We will charge 70% of the total amount of each jewelry custom order as a deposit to ensure the security of the order.
2.The styles in all orders are not allowed to be modified after the CAD pictures and sizes are confirmed. If modifications are required, a certain fee will be charged (because every jewelry order is handmade).
3.All orders are not refundable or exchangeable after the buyer receives the goods.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met.
